As our products are digital goods, they cannot be “returned.” However, your satisfaction is important to us. - You changed your mind
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake

- You request a refund without valid reason or evidence
- You contact us outside the specified refund timeframes
Eligible Refund Situations
We do offer refunds under specific conditions:

If your download link or access credentials are not delivered within 6 hours of purchase due to a server or technical issue — and our system confirms no access — we will issue a full refund.

✅ 2. Software/Product Not Working & Support Failure
If the product is not functioning as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report, you may be eligible for a full refund.
✅ 3. Duplicate Purchase
If you unintentionally made a duplicate payment using the same billing details, we will refund the extra charge upon verification.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- The amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method
- This typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
